Yup. It’s even that at my local market, which is usually 8-10¢ more expensive. Costco is probably down in the $1. 80s.

The cheapest near me is $1.83(!) for regular.

Ssome of us are old enough to remember filling up with regular meant leaded gas, not simply non-premium. Now get the hell off my lawn!

$3.09 Costco regular, San Diego, talk about taxes.

At least all that extra tax money is going towards keeping our roads fixed....

Gas taxes for infrastructure aren’t going to make sense as more an more electric vehicles hit the road. We really need a new method besides just gas tax.

It’s about $3-$3.30/gallon here in PDX. Gotta subsidize those kwality jerbs pumping gas and the obscene Oregon taxes. Oh, freeway tolls are coming soon, too, so that's awesome.

Our budget unleaded is 94 octane E10...while regular unleaded is 91 octane.
Clearly, your fuel has a lot of not very explosive filler!!

Everything here is e10...I have to drive 15 miles to the next county to find anything without ethanol in it

Assuming you’re not in the US or Canada, the octane rating scale is different. We use the AKI rating, which is normally 4-6 points lower than the RON rating most commonly used in Europe ; as such, 87 octane fuel in the US is more like 92ish RON.
